Description: Tephra Solar is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team in multiple cities. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting solar energy solutions to residential customers through door-to-door sales efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work with a company that installs its own jobs and provides industry-leading warranties on all work, ensuring customer satisfaction and peace of mind.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and drive sales through door-to-door sales efforts
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and Tephra Solar’s offerings
- Conduct site assessments to determine feasibility of solar installations
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for renewable energy
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous sales experience is welcome but not required
