Meet Our Executive Team

Jared Slemboski

CEO

Jared has over 10 years of solar sales and installation experience. Prior to his founding of Tephra, Jared served as the Vice President of one of the largest solar organizations in the US. Jared is a graduate of the University of Utah with a degree in accounting.

Dan Erickson

President of Sales

Dan has over 13 years in the D2D sales industry. As a regional for one of the largest alarm organizations in the US, Dan led over 150 D2D reps. Dan graduated from the University of Utah with a Masters in statistics.

Steve Slemboski

Cheif Operating Officer

Steve has been in the Solar industry since 2012. He started on the roof as an installer and has been involved in everything solar related from sales to running operations since.

   Tephra solar company is hilarious about its services. I contacted them to help understand how the new PUC approved rate structure changed my electric bill. They looked at my bill, explained what was happening and never asked for a penny even though I offered to pay. This action is one of the qualities of a good company.
